Jabo is a personal tracking and organisational tool for people on GLP-1 medications (such as semaglutide and tirzepatide). Jabo is not a medical device, and nothing in the App constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always talk to your doctor or another qualified healthcare provider about your medication, dosage, or any change to your treatment plan, and before making any medical decisions.

1. What Jabo Does — and Doesn't — Do

  • Your log is your own. Jabo lets you record jabs, side effects, weight, and other personal metrics you choose to enter. We don't verify or interpret this information medically — it's simply organised and displayed back to you.
  • "Estimated Level" and "Medication Level" charts are a mathematical estimate, not a lab measurement. They are calculated from published pharmacokinetic figures (typical absorption and elimination rates) for the medication class you've selected — see "Sources" below — not from any test of your blood or body. Your actual level varies by person and is affected by factors Jabo cannot measure, such as metabolism, kidney or liver function, body composition, and other medications you take. Do not use this estimate to decide whether or when to take a dose.
  • Jabo never changes, recommends, or automatically increases your dose. Any "next jab" suggestion shown in the app or in a reminder notification always repeats your most recently logged dose. Jabo does not perform dose titration on your behalf — only you and your prescriber decide if and when your dose should change.
  • The optional "Export Treatment Summary" PDF is a personal log, not a clinical report or diagnosis. It simply restates the jabs, weight, and side effects you entered yourself, and is exactly as accurate as the information you chose to log.
  • The side effects you can select from are a general reference list, reflecting side effects commonly reported for GLP-1 medications, sourced from the official prescribing information linked below. Selecting one in Jabo is not personalised medical guidance and is not a substitute for telling your doctor about it.
